Hotel Astarea

The hotel locate a beautiful beach, the sea water is so clear that my wife and I could watch fishes while we swam there. The hotel services were very good, staffs are very friendly. The small village are quiet which is the perfect holiday destination our couples are looking for.

The complete holiday was brilliant. Jet2 staff were excellent in every way. Hotel was very good my only criticism was the hot and soft drinks were very expensive in the hotel and surrounding area it was only when you went a little further away that they became reasonable priced and there were no facilities in your room to make your own tea or coffee. There were no hot drinks available at dinner time only at breakfast. This said the food and other facilities at the hotel were very good.

Stayed at the hotel beginning of August , haven't a negative thing to say . Rooms were clean the staff were friendly and helpful . The beach was just a few minutes walk away . The good was good a variable selection each day , something for everyone . Would stay again .

Nice hotel, only 20 mins from Dubrovnik airport (no noise) adjacent to the sea. Esp liked interconnecting rooms which are great for families as it gives both kids and parents some privacy. Nice food on the whole esp breakfast but it was a little bland( no spice) and bedrooms while not cramped were a little snug (interconnecting door banged on bed). It was also a shame that our 'side sea view' was actually a view of large trees (with a very vague glimpse of blue)

Run down hotel , food cold , breakfast very strange choices and cold , entertainment boring .room ok , grounds overgrown and there were snakes on the complex , out door swimming pool lovely didn’t use the indoor one , this is most definitely a hotel I would never go back to . Area lovely so would go back but a different hotel lots of new hotels around . Beds very hard gave me back ace.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, the food was much better than we thought it would be, great Choice for all meals, especially breakfast, we changed our dinner for lunch several days which was brilliant, the rooms in the annexe are on the compact side but perfectly adequate, the whole hotel (and indeed) resort are exceptionally clean, the only negatives I could find were that the air con could not be adjusted and a couple of nights we were too hot and secondly on not being able to get a sunbed around the pool you are charged for using the ones on the beach, minor points and overall would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated between the coast road and the sea. On arrival there is plenty of parking. The check-in & check-out experience was quick & efficient with a smile. all the staff were very friendly, and greeted us with a friendly smile 'good day' in the corridors etc. The breakfast was excellent and covered all tastes. rooms & balcony quite good, but we had a twin ( with quite small single beds ) when we would have preferred a double.. Facilities at hotel good, nice indoor pool & gym area, and lovely outdoor pool area. This was however ruined the time we went for a lie in the sun because a JCB digger was going up and down the beach scraping the shingle, this started at 11am and went on till past 3pm. The hotel needs to put on some entertainment in the bar area in the evenings.

Lovely hotel to use as a base to explore the dalmatian coast. The staff were superb and extremelly helpful. However the hotel is a little dated. The annex was closed for renovations, so hopefully this is sign of things to come for the main hotel.

Comfortable hotel with a great view from balcony. Stayed in the Annexe, rooms well-appointed and clean. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities, but main hotel very close. Food was well cooked with plenty of choice.

The hotel is split in 2, the main part and the Annexe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, bit of noise about 8 am but otherwise no issues. The Annexe is not terribly convenient and would benefit from an ice machine but staff were great and friendly and eager to help. The hotel is 70's build I'd guess but still quite charming, the pool was a bonus and gym good and location good. Bus is a bit of a climb but only a few hundred yards.

Just back from a weeks holiday in this hotel with my sister and daughter ...great friendly staff in all departments....great selection at breakfast .. pool and surroundings stunning . ..loved sitting at the beach front bar after a hard day at the pool and watching the beautiful sunsets ...hotel taxi was fabulous ..took us to the shops ,Dubrovnik and came back for us .. a godsend for us ladies ....mlini is a beautiful place and we will defo be back 😊

Lovely hotel with both indoor and outdoor pools. Although the outdoor pool was a little chilly it was wonderful to swim in. Rooms clean and spacious, clean towels every day not always necessary. Food was plentiful with lots of choice. Would stay again.
