Regency Country Club

Great hotel , great staff and entertainment to suit everyone , keep going back to this hotel been over 20 times and would highly recommend it the kids entertainment is fantastic my 6 year old loves the kids club

A very quiet hotel. At times boring. The food was good and the staff were always polite,The pool area was lovely,clean and well maintained They have a bus which takes you into town which was always on time.We were in room 802 which was quite a distance from everything, a lot of stairs. The room itself was nice.

Lovely place to stay - good apartments and well laid out. Staff friendly, apartment clean and plenty of activities. Only thing that let it down was the food service for dinner - at points v v v slow but food was really nice when it arrived.

We were to the Recency Country Club at the end of July. Could not fault the hotel or facilities at the hotel. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything you could need for a self catering holiday . All the staff we helpful and made our holiday very special

We normally book our own accomadation and flights but thought we'd givevJet2 a try and were not dissapointed we loved our apartment the pool was just fabulous and the ease of commuting to Los Christianos and Los Americas even though we were a wee bit out was no problem at all

We stayed at The Regency Country Club, Chayofa for 11 nights and were extremely impressed. A beautiful resort, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very quiet when we went, no having to get up early to bag a sunbed as at most they were only half used, at times we were literally the only people in the pool. Pool is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and warm. Lovely sunbeds. Jacuzzi, sauna etc all very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was extremely well equipped (never seen so many different glasses for just 4 people!) & spotless. Sleeping arrangements were fab, kids were on a sofa bed in the front room which concerned me a little that they would sleep well together but no need to worry as the sofa converts very easily to two separate single beds or can be a double, with very comfy mattresses. Four poster bed in the main room as very big and comfy. We were lucky enough to have two terraces as one on the roof too. Only one little niggle is noise early in the morning, not sure if comes from laundry in basement but few times had early awakening due to banging noises (one night sounded like a giant tumble drier with something banging inside it) and lorries delivering. Restaurant was OK, some staff better than others (Airam was a particularly lovely barman/waitor, very helpful, even helping me translate Spanish ingredients on food from elsewhere to look for allergens for my daughter), food was also ok, had a couple excellent meals and couple of 'ok' meals. Only one thing was it lacked a little atmosphere at times when there was hardly anyone there. We were well aware of distance from the main resorts when we booked but shuttle bus service was very reliable and any taxis ordered by reception were always there within literally a minute or two. Bit costly to go back and forwards a lot by them, but if you want a quiet location with a lovely view (apart from the hospital building site) then that's what you have to put up with. All & all a fabulous resort, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would happily stay there again.

Booked through jet2holidays for the 1st time and the whole experience was excellent. The hotel (Regency Country club) was great we were half board and the meals were excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Due to the amount of stairs not great for anyone with walking difficulties but try to book a bottom room and you will be fine. Slightly out of the town so you need to bus or taxi in & out but the hotel is lovely and the food is great so no need to leave if you don't want to
