LIVVO Hotels Costa Taurito & Waterpark

Spent 2 weeks here all inclusive. We had a pleasant enough stay. It's a bit out of the way but we used the local buses to good effect. Rooms were very nice and clean. The food was good and they mixed it up enough so the choice never got repetitive.

This hotel is great for teenagers. So much for them to do whether it be water sports at the beach, the on-site water park or sports and leisure centre with mini golf, bowling, air-hockey, pool and games arcade. I felt my daughter was safe going off with a group. Average eve. entertainment but great Club Songs to end with. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the hotel. Stayed in much better. Eve bar closes at 11pm, same as the entertainment bar. So if you want to continue with a drink with new friends in the piano bar, you have to pay after 11pm. The pool bar closes at 6pm and food stops sooner. They clean up from 5.30pm so you need to get your drinks in. No water in room, but there is a fridge. No welcome drink on arrival. No water on tap so you have to go to supermarket. No filling bottles up and no water you can get yourself from pool bar. You end up waiting behind everyone for food orders, just for water. Glasses in restaurant are tiny! No food pre-cooked. Have to order and wait. The Hotel next door Lago Taurito is MUCH better. More choice of food, better bar on the roof terrace. Better bar downstairs. Costa Taurito is more out of the way. Derelict building opposite for a view and works going on behind you so you can hear drilling all day by the pool. I think this hotel should be a three star as it needs decorating. Piano bar not used for any entertainment in April although piano, stage and dance floor. On the whole, disappointed with hotel but great for teenagers, plenty for them to do.

i booked this for a last min holiday and paid over 1500 pounds they charged me full price for a 4 year old in a hotel that had no kids menu felt very isolated with a 4 year old child and the pool i couldnt touch the floor what thery dont tell families that book is that its a sister hotel to the one nearer the water park which is the proper family hotel not many english speaking there i complained the jet2 rep as there was nothing my 4 year old would eat there so they gave me access to the main hotel and that was better but after half way through the week

Nice location,everything is within a ten minute walk,no complaints with the room or the hotel ,the only letdown was in the food selection,very repetitive,would certainly book again.the water park included was very good .

It was a nice hotel and the service was good. The water park was very good, the food was good and the cleanliness was good. The kids entertainment was brilliant. The transfer was around an hour and a half.

Not situated in a good place, false advertising of the hotel , shows the aqua park but it's not the actual paradise hotel , the hotel swimming pool is surrounded by mountains as is the hotel, we could have never stayed 2 weeks there as nothing to do or no where to go, only a few shops and the staff in paradise hotel were very rude . We told our het 2 holiday rep and got us moved to a different place and the hotel was supposed to be a 3 star but was more like a 4/5 star and couldn't fault that one

Me n my husband have been going 2 taurito 4 18 years when my boys where young I found this island n been going ever since my sister and brother started 2 come whis us the last 3 years I would recommend this hotel it is 100 per cent the only thing I was disappointed with there was 3 couples and we couldn't keep 1 room on we met a lovely couple from Corby n she let me and my sister shower in her room I had the best holiday ever so roll on 2018

Hotel and surrounding area were really lovley, altho it was very barren beach was very nice and water park was fab,shops were plenty with a few high end shops plenty of ice cream available, there is a well stocked supermarket stocking most things

Would highly recommend, great holiday, great hotel, food staff cleanliness was perfect.beds were very comfortable, room plenty big enough own outside space, great size pool plenty of food choices for all meals, great sized hotel, not too big so always room round the pool and in the dining room and bar area

It was freezing in the pool. The water park was beyond freezing. The food was disgusting. There is very little to do and no evening entertainment in this hotel. The cleaners were very noisy in a morning. There were no ice lollies for all inclusive

Nice Hotel but not 4 Star, more 3*+ Great Staff, nice room and good food. The resort is pleasant with a great little beach and Puerto Mogan is a 5 minute bus ride away Problems - No view (only a part built hotel), no entertainment in the hotel in the evening. Beer wasn't very nice either.

We have just returned from 10 days here. This was our first family holiday with our 3 year old and it has been a fantastic great value break booked via Jet2. The room was clean, freshened twice a day sometimes and well decorated. We were very grateful for the air conditioning and a balcony at the front so we could sit after our son had gone to sleep. The hotel overall was brilliant, clean and well maintained. All the staff we came across were polite, friendly and loved our son! We're so glad we picked this one, as it's still easy access down to the main resort, but not as busy as the others down there (and from what we heard, the food and pool is better) Plus we could hear the entertainment at night on the balcony, so I am assuming it must be loud down there. The pool was great, it fluctuated between busy and quiet but we always managed to get a sunbed. The food and drink were all delicious and plenty of choice for a different meal each night. Measures on the spirits were brilliant for an AI! The Taurito resort in all was really nice and well maintained, with everything in walking distance. Entertainment was fun and a nice change in the evening. Only down points for us - Beds - we found were not very comfy, but our son managed to sleep well which was the most important! Water Park - is saltwater. We went once and my son didn't like it all, so didn't go back. It also gets busy Friday-Sunday with locals so best on a weekday A childrens park would be an excellent addition

Can not fault the hotel, good size rooms and balcony , beautiful food, good range of drinks, fantastic friendly hard working staff. Good resort for children. Would have liked a few bars to go to around the beach area for a change but the one bar that is at the beach did closes at 6pm.
