Bungalows Vistaflor

Positives are the staff who do everything they can to please. Rooms good downstairs but bedroom upstairs tiny , not a lot of storage and stairs very steep. Food OK for breakfast and lunch , dinner poor. Entertainment was for an hour at night much better daytime especially for kids. Pool area very good but need to be up early for sunbed.

These bungalows were ok but if you want sun you are best to ask for an upgrade to one around the pool. They are very small do not be fooled by the photos and I would say really only suitable for 2. The stairs are extremely steep and narrow I would say dangerous for children. They are well equipped but I would say the cleaning leaves a bit to be desired

good location but very isolated with main resort impossible to walk from hotel to resort unusual bar hours three bars wiyh limited opening hours very steep not suitable for anybody with mobility issues

We had a great family holiday with 2 pool view rooms very clean and has plenty of space. Only problem with one of the room it was right next to the kids pool and ever morning we’d wake up and people would already be sat on the sunbeds (7.30/8am) waiting till 9am when you could then leave your towels there to reserve sunbeds but majority of people would take up the sunbeds by putting inflatables on them instead of being sat on them or they’d do our for most of the day so not even using them. Great location easy access to taxis just up the road from the resort very friendly place to visit. We went half board which was a good idea as the food was shocking wasn’t much choice and could have done more international dishes so everybody gets a good choice of food. Wasn’t really any entertainment in the day or night. Staff were friendly and polite. Majority of our time was spent out of the resort the location is perfect airport beach shopping centres water park zoos all within 20 minutes and taxis are fairly cheap.

We had seven nights here, hotel is situated about 15minutes walk from the Puerto del Ingles nightlife and about 5minutes taxi ride to Meloneras beach area. Hotel was very clean and cleaners did the apartment every day, all staff very friendly, poolside was always clean and sunbeds always available. Entertainment every day by the pool and in the bar at night. The manager was very friendly and helpful, dealt with an issue we had just before we left, supermarket onsite is a bonus

Great place, staff are spot on, customer service is second to non. The place could do with a little TLC and attention to detail in the cleaning and the restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants around and the prices of the taxi are excellent 5 euros for what would be a 30 min walk. Other than that a great holiday.

Not really a bungalow more of a terrace, your bathroom & bedroom is upstairs. Lovely small place, ideal for a couple and maybe 1 kid but definitely not a family. Everything you could want for self catering, worked for me & my sister :)

I would thoroughly recommend VistaFlor, the flats look as good as in the brochure, they are clean and tidy with a lovely pool. There are activities throughout the day and shows on at night. The grounds are meticulously kept neat and tidy, the staff are friendly and the food is good and varied. There is a free bus to, and from the beach twice a day. There is a small supermarket on site but nothing else close shopping wise although about ten to fifteen minutes walk is a decent fairground which is in a complex with bowling, cafes and amusements. Across from this is a part finished shopping mall where some of the restaurants have opened. Taxis are easy to obtain and consistent with their charges, the towns of Playa del ingles and Maspolomas are within a five minute or so taxi ride. As I said previously, I do recommend it. PS, the air conditioning units within the flats are brilliant !!

This resort is great for all family sizes clean well maintained,friendly staff bungalows to suit everyone surrounded with nice vegetation and walkways leading you to the main pool area and the adjoining kid's pool which is situated around the restaurant and bar

Fab place for families with slightly older children due to stairs in the apartments. Fab pool. Fantastic staff. Entertainment good most nights. Need to hire a/c control as rooms can get hot. Food ok a bit repetitive.

fantastic hotel with very helpful professional staff who couldn't do enough for us. Food very good and also evening entertainment, great location also. Jet 2 were fantastic to travel with at the airport, transfer and in resort. Using them again in September!

Lovely clean welcoming duplex apartments with private terrace. Very close to pool which is large and clean excellent for children and plenty of sinners. Mini club and children's entertainment is poor but there is a small park. Restaurant included in price is like a canteen with limited choice but food is ok as you would expect for price, we knew this prior to going and ate out several times. Additional a la carte restaurant is good and food is tasty with good service. You can order this to take away to if you have young children and want to eat on your terrace later. Evening entertainment again is exactly what you would expect, flamenco average singers etc in a nice bar area. The one downside is check prior to booking that no children's sports tournaments are bring held nearby as this hotel is a common base for large groups of school children or sports teams. This was the case during our stay, contact the hotel directly as Jet2 were aware but did not pass on information to customers resulting in a disappointing end to the week. I must say the hotel and staff tried admirably to try to ensure our stay was not ruined and I personally blame the tour operator not the hotel. Very good family hotel on a budget just check before you book.
