Barcelo Corralejo Bay

Excellent hotel, good food, spotlessly clean rooms and common areas and excellent service, especially from the bar staff. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, which is why we keep going back.

Our second visit here at New Year. Disappointed that the restaurant buffet had deteriorated significantly despite increase in pricing. Service in bars was rather chaotic and short staffed, staff lacked personality or interest in the job.

Stayed here for 11 nights with my husband. We love an adults only hotel. The rooms are a really good size and beds were very comfy. We didn’t have a great view from our balcony but didn’t expect one as we didn’t book a pool view. It also meant that our room wasn’t next to the bar area and was quiet. The food was good with a good choice every evening. It could sometimes be warm rather than hot but it depended on how long it had been out. My favourite was the fresh pasta Italian evening. My husband is pescatarian and there was a good selection of fish and vegetarian dishes. Lots of fresh fruit and breakfast was always good (though I didn’t have the full breakfast. The service was great and the rooms were kept very clean. The entertainment was if a reasonable standard and we were close enough to the town for nice walks & lunch. It was carnival too which was great to watch. All in all - a great hotel

The hotel’s location is fantastic, only 85 metres from the beach, and a short walk to the main strip of Correlejo. We also slept so well on the comfortable bed which some how got made everyday even when we didn’t leave until the afternoon. The swimming pools were fab and we were always able to find some free sun loungers. There were some points about the room we didn’t like, it was overlooked by the main lounge, which meant we were able to watch and hear the evening entertainment from our balcony (it didn’t feel aimed at us as a younger couple) and the finish of the bathroom left a lot to be desired, vent hanging out from the wall, sharp tiles. Also there is a cost of €3/day if you want to use the safe. The quality of service depended on your server on the day, very hit or miss. It impacted the sections of the buffet restaurant we chose to sit in. The food itself was also hit or miss. Overall, we were disappointed but made the best of it.

10 fantastic days in the sun. Hotel location is great, close enough to the night life if you want but far enough away if you don't. The staff were all excellent. Food was great. We went half board but did have some lunches in the hotel too. The only thing that stopped this from getting 5 stars was the age of the hotel and that some areas were looking a little bit tired but that is really clutching at straws to find any kind of fault. That said the bedroom had been modernised and felt very fresh. We had a slight problem with our Aircon but this was sorted within 10 mins of reporting it. All in all a great holiday.

Hotel is well situated and the staff are friendly and professional from the cleaning staff to the management. Bar staff excellent, restaurant staff & chefs very friendly and helpful. Great for PEACE & QUIET. Beach not far away and main shopping area is close by.

Well organised hotel with excellent staff, good food with varied choice, good standard of entertainment and great bar staff - very efficient. In a good location, very convenient. Jet2 booking - up to their excellent standard.

Recently enjoyed a week at the Corralejo Bay hotel. Our first time there, and to the island, will definitely be back. Lovely big rooms with very modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location.

Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds next to 2 pools, pool side activities during the day. Restaurant has a good variety of food. Central for main strip and not far from beach and near bus stops to go to dunes and main town not expensive for return ticket

On arrival we were met with friendliness and courtesy from the lady on reception. our room was wonderful with patio doors open right on the pool. we stayed half board and the breakfast was so good and vast that we did not really need a lunch. we used the SPA and enjoyed an antiaging facial with a head massage, not to be missed!. the hotel is spotlessly clean as were the facilities around it. the entertainment team were awesome and ensured everyone was having a good time. 3pm signalled drinks time and you could participate in wine /cocktail tasting. the pool is saltwater but was ok for us. there are plenty of sunbeds and you could always get one although I did see people put down their towels and not return for a couple of hours, however the policy in this hotel is that if there is no return after 2 hours then the towels are removed. Would we return? Absolutely.
