Spent 7 nights begining of june. Staff are friendly and speak really good english.Wss greated on the first night by receptionist/hotel manager who was very friendly and upgraded us for free. Pool bar prices are okay. Will be going back

Staff and location excellent,small selection of food items for sale far too expensive Too many steps for me, and no sun parasols at the pool.The friendly staff made the holiday enjoyable for me travelling alone, and I felt safe.

Very clean and spacious, hard working entertainment duo, friendly staff, apartments basic but clean, regular towel and linen change, only criticism is the number of steps and not enough space around the pool for everyone, although there is an additional sun terrace.

The Apartments are clean, well maintained. However, they are basic, with two saucepans and four of everything else. If you like a large cup of tea or coffee in the morning then please take your own large mug. You have to pay extra for Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and safe not forgetting the new tax and they all have to be paid for in cash. The pool area is good but, parasols are not provided so you will need to provide your own shade, especially for the young ones. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment is very armature but done with a great deal of heart and good humour, very popular with the kids. The are apartments are the best looking in the area as all the others have no character and are just concrete blocks. The location is great, only a short stroll to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars, very popular with the Irish. The apartment restaurant serves nice food and drink but is quite expensive. They don't take credit cards so take plenty of cash with you. There are a couple of cash machines down the road. There are plenty of supermarkets which sell everything you need, but are pricey. If you have trouble climbing stairs then this place isn't for you as the apartments are built on the side of a steep hill, the lift only takes you to the first level, which is pool level. We very much enjoyed our holiday here and would go again.

Apartment was lovely clean and spacious. In a good location. Only a short walk to the pubs and restaurants and bars. 10 min walk to a lovely clean beach. The apartments are well maintained and staff are lovely. Rooms cleaned every other day. Pool was cleaned every morning. There is entertainment in the hotel. But it was a little repetitive at times. The sunbeds there are plenty of these but you need to be there at 9am to get a good spot. And there is no parasols.

Every morning we were woken to the clatter of sun beds. People were queuing up to reserve a sunbed for the day. There wasn't enough sunbeds as people had reserved them with there towels. There were no parasols and by midday no shade. The accommodation was clean and comfortable but basic. The entertainment was just enough. Very friendly staff and keen to help. The bar was reasonable and good for food..

I stayed in Holiday Park Apartments in July with my daughters aged 16 and 18. from the minute we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect, The rooms were spacious clean and had everything in that we needed. I would recommend that you pay the extra for air con. The pool was lovely and the lovely beach was only a 5 minut walk away. The pool opens at 9 and I would suggest if you want a sun longer that you are up at this time (although it does say that sun longers cannot be reserved this appeared to be the norm. You have to position your own sun loungers but there are plenty to go around (extras are available on the sun terrace below the pool. The cafe and bar are reasonable again with friendly and accomodating staff. The position was perfect for us it was situated up the road from all the bars so was quiet but everything was accesible. THere are some lovely resturants around with agreat tapas place a 2 minute walk away. We will definately go back.

We had a great stay at Holiday Park Apartments, the hotel is very clean and the staff are always happy to help. The maids/cleaning staff did a fantastic job everything was spotless including the pool. There is a good mix of families, couples and friends and plenty of sun loungers. We had a great view of the pool and entertainment area, the entertainment staff work hard and are great with both kids and adults. The hotel is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, bars shops and lots of places to eat. The only small issue is that wifi is £10 per week and only one person can be online at once and even that is limited, but this was not a big issue as there are lots more things to do on holiday. We found this hotel great value for money, the rooms are a little on the basic side but we didn't expect much more. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

Brilliant location close to bars, restaurants and nightlife but quiet location for sleeping at night. Apartments absolutely spotless. Staff continually cleaned apartments and surrounding areas at all times day and night. ( they were even cleaning one night at 2.30am). Staff extremely polite, pleasant and very friendly. Especially reception staff. The entertainment staff were brilliant and had boundless energy. So a big thank you to everyone. One of the downsides was the sun beds. 9am every morning a group of people grabbing sun beds and placing them around the pool so by 5 past 9 all beds and spaces were taken. Sooooo frustrating. One point I would highlight is the pool table which is 2 euros per game whereas across the road it was 1 euro. My son would spent his time with his friend playing pool across the road ( buying food and drink there instead of in the hotel). So might be a good idea to reduce price of pool table and keep customers spending their money within the apartments. Only a suggestion!!!!! But thanks for a super holiday will definitely be back.

basic apartments but really clean and well kept. staff really helpfull and friendly. only bad point is there are quite alot of stairs and no lift into apartments due to the lay out. so if you cant do stairs make sure you request a ground floor apt.

These Apartments are situated in a really good location. Staff are excellent in every way from reception to bar staff entertainment staff cleaners and maintenance everyone is very professional and friendly and extremely helpful. In my opinion I would not recommend this hotel for toddlers or young babies or elderly people as there are quite a lot of steps to negotiate before your get to your room no lifts available. The porters/maintenance guys carried our cases up to the rooms well worth tipping. We were allocated a third floor room but unfortunately there was no balcony. We had to leave the buggy down at the bottom of the flight of stairs and walk or carry the 2 year up to the room. Once in our room we had to close the front door as there was no balcony and if the front door was open the wee one would run towards the stairs. On the good side the entertainment was very good and the restaurant was very good. I could not praise the staff of these Apartments more highly lovely people. In my opinion I think the price I paid for one week was over priced. But on a good note a nice apartment if you do not mind going up and down stairs (a lot of steps). So my advice to anyone travelling to this hotel request a ground floor/first floor apartment.

The Park and rooms were clean and the staff helpful and attentive, they obviously took pride in their work. BUT there were too many steps up to our apartment - approx 130 from reception (100 if lift to pool level). Also location not great if your after a quieter holiday as there were lots of rowdy bars just down the street.

Hotel a bit tired and rooms in need of refurbishment, but of course then it wouldn't be as competitive price wise. Staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Cleanliness was very good, pool bar served good food competitively priced. Had room on 3rd floor wonderful views, but there are no lifts from the pool area so we completed over 12 thousand steps in 2wks.

nice apartment complex staff very nice, rooms very clean, pool area very clean, very family orientated noisy with kids, area just off main strip 5mins to beach 2mins to bars, the one thing i was very surprised at is this is predominantly an irish resort nearly every single bar is irish themed we did not find one english bar or scottish

These apartments are conveniently located only 25 mins away from Palma Airport and 2 mins from all bars, restaurants, shops etc. The staff here are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Cleanliness is in high order, they are constantly tidying up and clearing away. The entertainment guy - Duane/Dwayne was absolutely fantastic with the kids both day and night. He had a great rapport with them and was always very funny. Would definitely recommend this as place to take young families. My only negative comment would be that there a re no sun umbrellas so unless you sit in the shaded bar area there is nowhere to seek shade - however this wouldn't prevent me from returning.

Very friendly staff and very welcoming this included all staff. The apartments and communal areas are very clean and tidy. The rooms were very basic but adequate for a sun holiday. Entertainment was good the kids loved Duane the host. Also the bar food was of a good quality and reasonably priced.

I went to holiday park Santa Ponsa for 6 nights in May with my 4 year old, I was really worried travelling just us two as I have never done it before. What can I say the best thing I have done, the apartments were brilliant the beach lovely and loads to do. The entertainer Duane in the apartments deserves a medal, my daughter pestered the life out of him from the minute she got there and showed him her best dance moves . Valerio on reception was also extremely helpful and really good with my little one. I met loads of people there and am now trying to book to go back next year. Loved it !

Just had a fantastic week at the Holiday Park with my daughter and 2 yr old grandson. The apartments are basic but very clean and comfortable. Clean towels were offered everyday and bedding changed midweek. All the staff are extremely helpful friendly and polite. Location is great for the beach. Pool was very clean but busy everyday and people did reserve their beds even though you are asked not to. Supermarkets are close by and very reasonably priced. We did enjoy going to Mrs Murphy for our meals. Good menu and again reasonably priced. Not a place for older couples wanting to chill as it's very noisy at night and there is only a lift to the first floor the rest you have to walk but definitely an excellent choice for families. Would definitely return!
