Good adults only hotel. Food and entertainment average drinks on all inc good. Friendly staff The resort is very quiet and no good if you are looking for. MAGALUF type holiday There is a lot of residential property. The beach is lovely

This hotel is lovely with stunning views out to sea. The rooms are small and basic, but comfortable and clean. The big let down is the food. The choices and overall quality is poor. Pork was served every day, and it was of poor quality. Melon was the only sliced fruit option for lunch and dinner for 2 weeks. It really was a great shame, as if the food was better we'd return in a heartbeat

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent position with fantastic, hardworking staff. I would love to rate it higher but the quality of the food lets it down. Breakfast was fine but lunch and evening meals were often disappointing, although there was usually something we could find to eat.

Excellent location with stunning views. Lots of sunbathing spots dotted around the hotel if you like a little more seclusion. Busy June holiday time, but sun beds were always available. Good choice of food each day which will cater for all tastes. Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We will go back again without hesitation.

I'd read quite a few mixed reviews before booking this hotel and was therefore a bit worried about whether it'd be worth the money. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and the service provided. The location was stunning and although I hadn't paid for it they gave me a room with an ocean view. The food was really nice with a new theme every night, but I'd imagine you'd get a bit fed up with it during a longer stay (I only stayed 3 nights) however, there are many restaurants nearby if you feel like something different. The only downside for me was the wifi, which you have to pay for (about €7 per week). This I don't mind, but it was very slow and at certain times only worked on the balcony. I found that unsatisfactory as I expect high speed internet when I pay for it. The wifi in public areas worked well, it was just the rooms that had issues (I even switched to a different room, the wifi was better but still not great) Aside from the wifi, which I know means a lot to many people, I'd definitely recommend this place and it's really good value for money.

We have just returned from a beautiful 2 weeks at this hotel. This was our 2nd visit to hotel JS Cape Colom and we weren't disappointed. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful and we found everyone really welcoming. Daniel the manager takes time to listen to the clients and and also is a very visible presence in the dining room at meal times making sure everyone is happy. We found that the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general was excellent the staff are all very hard working and do their best to make sure you are satisfied with the service they provide. The hotel setting is wonderful and there was always plenty loungers and there was no need to be reserving those. My husband and myself would certainly consider using this hotel and Jet2 again. A big well done to all of the hotel management and staff at JS Cape Colom x

well the location is excellent, the staff are excellent,porto colom very quiet resort just what we wanted. the food was ok always something to eat, but the queue at the hot plate sometimes was very long,the chef was cooking over a small hotplate and was struggling to keep up with demand, on occasion the food was undercooked, but overall excellent holiday and we will be going back.

Anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday in a stunning location would be happy at this hotel. It' s for adults only . There's no music blaring all day and no-one with a microphone asking you to join in activities. There' a sea view on 3 sides of the hotel. Views from 6th floor are breathtaking. There are activities going on for those who want to join in. The evening entertainment' s nothing to write home about but I wouldn't let that influence anyone considering booking up. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers available and well spaced out on the terraces. Reception, bar and public areas are bright and airy. Staff friendly and helpful. Some of them have been there for years

Food could have been more varied but was adequate. The location was stunning but very quiet so was good for a chill out. Good bus service from nearby to other resorts. Nice beach within easy walking distance.
