Rooms small little storage space, food could be more varied, outside area cramped . good access to beach and cocktails were of a good standard. Shame there was nowhere to eat outside

Excellent hotel and really friendly staff. The two Eva's on reception made sure we had everything we needed and frequently asked if everything was ok. I have read previous reviews and understand there were teething problems after the refurbishment but we did not experience any of these and everything was excellent from food to accommodation. The rooms were a bit smaller that what I am used to, but at the end of the day who wants to stay in your room on holiday. The only two things that could be improved is by adding rubber to the bottom of chairs on balconies and in the restaurant as the scrapping noise is quite harsh on the ears when dining. Also you have to get up early to get a sun bed in a decent location and it would be better if the no towel sun bed reservation policy was enforced. Highly recommend this hotel would definitely go back.

There are both positive and negative aspects to this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel looks good, it's located right next to a lovely beach, it has 2 swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers, it's spotlessly clean, there is a good selection of daytime activities, the animation team & restaurant staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Whilst the choice and quality of food at breakfast is excellent the same can't be said about the evening meal. There is plenty of choice but half of the evening meals I had were barely warm. The hotel is not recommended for anyone with any mobility issues as the bus from/to the airport stops on the road and you have to walk down/up quite a long, steep slope with your luggage. I have a longstanding back problem and this was quite difficult for me. There are also some steps at the hotel & down to the beach. Maybe I was unlucky, but in my experience the receptionists gave priority to Spanish customers. The air conditioning is old barely functions although a very helpful maintenance man tried hard to make it better. Finally, don't go if you aren't tech savvy as you need an app to find out what's happening.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and spacious. Modern and airy communal areas. Small pool area but not enough space for sun beds etc. I didn’t enjoy the evening dinner and only ate there twice. It was very nice to be in the harbour area and close to the bus for trips to the beach. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a little confusing finding rooms and the lift. I could imagine it being crowded in the main season. Would like to return.
