Club Mac Alcudia Resort & Waterpark

Was a range of food everyday with good serving hours. Entertainment was OK, a little boring. Rooms were very standard, cleaning not to a high standard though. Outside of the complex was an excessive smell of sewage everyday. Also in the bedroom , however once I complained they moved me.

This was our 2nd visit to club mac and we think its a great hotel. Great place for kids (5 and 1). lots of pools to choose from, the dragon pool in particular is fantastic for younger children. the kids bar is fantastic for kids to queue up themselves for ice creams/ice pops. Staff are always very helpful friendly. the free entry to the water park is great if you get bored of the hotel pools as you can easily walk along any time of the day. Food was fairly average but its what you would expect for a 3 star. The night time entertainment by the lake is very good for both kids and adults. They also offer free buses to the beach and port which are very handy. My only negative point was unless you put a towel on a sunbed by 8am you had no chance of getting one all day by the main pools.

Exceptional site,very friendly staff,great facilities! Essentially this was my 6 year old daughters dream with so many swimming pools and on site activities. I was apprehensive about going on an all inclusive holidays for a multitude of reasons but club mac exceeded my expectations. The local shops and bars are also really close,run by friendly locals and the impressive Alcudia beach is a 5 min free bus journey/or 15 min walk alway. Overall it was great!

Can't fault our week's stay at the all inclusive clubmac. Friendly welcome, very straightforward check-in; room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, choice of 2 restaurants on site which were very clean and the choice and amount of food was fantastic! A different theme each night, tables were cleaned promptly as were any spillages. 8 pools to choose from with water activities through the day, plenty of kids activities to get involved in for all ages found on the app or on the digital boards within reception. Liked the idea of paying €1 per plastic cup for your drinks at the bar, so no empty cups or glasses left lying around. Kids bar was ideal, our kids (9 and 4) thought it was great to queue for themselves for slushes and ice creams. Free wifi for all guests and although we had blue wrist bands as opposed to gold ones which meant you could get more premium drinks, there was plenty of choices and for an August peak seaaon holiday the queues were minimal. Entertainment each night with various acts and bingo with great money to win. Kids mini disco beforehand. Decent sized kids playpark on site and with free access to the hidropark, literally a 2 minute walk opposite was fab! A great way to breakup the holiday. A minimart on site and free coach regularly to the beach and back. We couldn't fault the experience apart from the bedroom walls being paper-thin. Bars closed at 11.30pm and as this is a family hotel, it seemed that noise was kept to a minimum due to worn out kids and parents preparing needing to sleep for their busy day ahead. Toppedoff with friendly and efficient staff. Well done Club Mac!

Had a great week here from 21/6 - 28/6. Food was great, just had to time it so we weren't having to qué for meals. Loads of pools and there was always spare sunbeds so never had to get up at stupid o'clock to put a towel down. Staff were lovely and friendly and my son got a bottle of prosecco for his 18th birthday while he was there.

Stayed here for 10 days as a family and had a really nice time but I must admit it could of been better. Plenty of pools, which the kids loved, and despite being a very big hotel it never felt too busy or packed. Food was average, never going to get restaurant quality meals in all inclusive, but plenty of choice and the kids particularly enjoyed the freshly made pancakes for breakfast. My room was ok, little small and cramped though, especially as I'd booked a superior room and I had less space than my girlfriend in her standard room, not worth the extra money. Was cleaned every day with beds made and fresh towels put out. Plenty of bars, all very well stocked with a great variety of drinks. Ice cream, slushes and milkshakes for the kids, and the adult slush cocktails were very very nice. Entertainment was disappointing, enjoyed the team doing their party dances and songs but the acts they had on weren't always that good. You will have access to the waterpark too, which is literally across the road, and its brilliant for all ages. You can come and go as you please, we went 3 times in total as it was that good. All in all we had a really enjoyable time here, could of been better but also could of been alot worse.

Been a few times never ever again it’s really gone downhill paid a lot of money to go even in school time not worth it staff are awful this time around and no 1 is interested when a complaint is made we was told to go bed before midnight no 1 in our group was drinking alcohol it was a family trip with young children worse holiday in a long time

Lovely place to stay, very clean and staff were friendly. Downfall was that it was very noisy in our room untill about 4am and my son fell ill the evening we arrived home, ended up at a and e and the Dr said it was possibly food poisoning from the ice cream or cold foods that had been eaten. We ate in the jupiter hotel on our last night with family (this was the only night we ate anywhere different, every other night we ate in our hotel, marte) and both my son and nephew were ill the next evening. I was then made aware that alot of other children were ill with sickness during the time we stayed there/arrived home and they had all also eaten in jupiter.

Hotel and entertainment was fantastic, great for families with young children, plenty for everyone to do. Only let down was the food, there was good selection to choose from but poor quality was the main problem, pools where also very cold.

Absolutely fabulous for the children and big children water park is for everyone, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from you will not be bored it is about a 20 minute steady walk to the font or the club mac bus is every half hour
