Brilliant hotel, staff friendly, food excellent, good location. Would definitely stay again. Rooms very clean beds and towels changed daily. Close to shops. Only little niggle was the sunbeds situation but that's probably the same anywhere

Hotel was rated as 4* but seemed more like a 3 to be honest. Many guests complained about the food although we always found something to eat even if it was a little repetitive at times. My 2 biggest criticisms of the hotel were 1.) we were told there was Wi-Fi in the hotel but misled that it was throughout the hotel and not just in the hotel lobby and you could never get onto it as it was a very poor quality internet connection and in high demand 2.) the number of sun beds available around the pool was ridiculous - they have 250/300 guests and only 40/50 sun beds available so you have to queue at 6.30 am to get a sunbed even though some people claim the sun beds and then don’t use them until afternoon and the hotel staff do nothing about it. - leaving you sitting in a plastic patio chair all day! This is not what I call a relaxing holiday. The only highlight of the holiday was the pool bar staff Arthur and Baos were always very pleasant, chatty and welcoming. Thanks gents for your time and care. The big question is always ‘would you go back again’ and my and my wife’s answer would be a definite NO!

What a wonderful hotel. It felt like staying with friends the staff were so lovely. Not a big hotel but the facilities were lovely and the atmosphere was great. Staff were also very helpful. Amazing value for money. The spa was amazing and the Turkish bath experience was a wonderful way to start our holiday. It is very convenient for the harnour and Bar street. It took about 10minutes to get into the heart of Bar street, but far enough away to not be bothered by any noise during the night. The food selection was lovely and the cakes amazing. Everything was very clean, but we would have appreciated a stronger WiFi connection.

Stayed for two weeks,hotel was spotless throughout .The let down is the food is sub standard ,very repetitive especially roast Turkey in various ssucesevery day.The drinks were very weak so pointless using the bar though the bar staff were very good. The evening entertainment was almost none existant apart from bingo,otherwise an enjoyable holiday .

Lovely clean hotel . Couldn’t fault the food either a good selection and plenty of it. Pool area not so big sun beds were plentiful but very close together (sardines) flies around the pool area unsure why as the place is clean .we had room 236 I would not recommend this room because if you want any kind of view as there are 3 massive trees that overhang the balcony so you have zero view and zero sun at anytime of the day,this room was also much smaller than our friends both rooms. I never complained as I never spent much time in the room but could see it being an issue if drying swimwear for 2wks! Not far from bar street and the marina/bizzare about 10-15 min walk nothing around the hotel so you need to walk or taxi (very cheap)

Me and my partner had come on are Honeymoon for 7 nights. The hotel and the service was the best I have had. Staff were very accommodating and helpful :) Food is perfect and there is a massive variety. Only downfall is WiFi very slow and beds a quiet hard. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a very clean place to stay with a massive pool To relax in :) 100% I would stay here again and definitely recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff, a good position relative to the town centre, a short (5 minute) walk, but with a taxi point just a hundred yards away. A good spa at the hotel, complete with gym. The food was good, obviously with strong influence of Turkish cuisine, but always a good range of choices. We’d definitely go back!

Everything was great. Clean towels and room clean every day. Buffet was well displayed. Close walk to beach , waiters great, Simon the jewler was fabulous. Speak ke from Turkish bath great, DJ and entertainer Ozzie was rude, obnoxious, insulting and spoilt our stay there saying we were too old for his repetitive music , he brings the hotel down very sad

Far too small wardrobe has fridge and safe inside leaving no room for clothes Breakfast was not very appitising and only warm We had to change Hotels. Along with two other guests who where less pleased than we where

Hotel was clean and food quality was good although as in most all inclusive foreign hotels you sometime have a job putting a meal together but as always you can manage. Our room for quite small and dark despite having the lights on all the time! It didn't help that the view we had form the balcony was a tree ........Close enough to actually touch! We could of asked to move rooms but who spends time in their rooms on holiday!! The location of the hotel was a good 15 min walk form the beach The pool area was nice ( if a little small) but managed to get a sunbed if you get up early to get your towel on one ............The thing we did not like (personnel choice) was the extremely loud music that was planned constantly around the pool, the music it's self was ok but the volume and the base was not pleasant in such a small area ...........But as I say some people may like this. Probably would not return to this hotel but only due to location and the music.

Nice people poor hotel definitely not 4 star this should be a adult hotel nothing at all for children no children's menu and when I asked about one they laughed at me . No entertainment for them put in a room on the top floor then up a set of stairs with a 2 year old and a buggy not what I expected wont be going back sorry

From a personal point of view I was disappointed with the location of the hotel as it is in a residential area with no nice views and quite a bit of traffic noise at the pool, however it is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was all beautifully cooked and presented, although unfortunately not always to my liking ( stuffed octopus). Even though the location, for me, wasn't great I would actually stay here again because the hotel and staff were brilliant and it was only a 5 minute walk to the harbour, beach and bazaar. We had a fabulous week.
