4R Regina Gran Hotel

Just back from a late week away. Brilliant hotel and brilliant staff. Our room which serviced every day. We had balcony overlooking the entertainment area. Nothing on too late, and couldn’t hear much once the patio door was closed. AI option was well worth it. Good food choices, with something for everyone. The snack bar did great burgers etc out-with the restaurant times. Wee warning - pool is cold! It’s fine once you’re in but fair to say it doesn’t half wake you up 🤣 AI rooms could benefit from a kettle, or even a machine in reception, as there’s no access to tea/coffee until the restaurant opens - not good if you’re an early riser. Nice 10-15 minute stroll to the beach and shops. Can’t comment on theme park as we didn’t go. All in all, great value for money and would return September time again.

Nice hotel food good just like most all inclusive hotels great if you love fish but cooked one meat and fish fresh infront of you daily rooms great cleaned daily if you want pool bar has great snack burgers pizza toasties hot dogs hotel clean throughout room big enough foe the 2 of us drinks can't complain at All local spirts loads of cocktails bottles of water all included unlimited ice creams and lollies only two gripes couldn't get in restaurant one day due to quite a few school parties and one night must of had 200 in there and they turn all lights off at midnight including balcony which I found weird as most sit out at night would return though

The Regina is a great hotel, with pleasant staff, good facilities, very clean and comfortable rooms. A short walk to the beach/theme parks. Not keen on 8am sunbed grab! However, would highly recommend.

We have just recently returned from Salou. This was out third time in the resort but first time booking through Jet2holidays and at the 4R Regina Gran Hotel. The Jet2holidays experience was flawless and would highly recommend. The hotel was in a great location for all attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were ideal for our family of 3. Cleaned every day with new towels daily as well. The food was great and never went hungry at any point in the day. I am considering returning to this hotel and would recommend it to families.

Food was very poor, rooms were very uncomfortable especially the bed. The food was very bad. Staff in dining room were not very friendly. Overall not very happy with this hotel would not recommend it to anyone

A good hotel. Lovely outside area with a lot of space. Pool bar well run. Restaurant generally good although clearing of tables slow. Food good and plentiful. Entertainment ok but spoiled by the room which is large and noisy when full. The games room on the side adds to the noise. It needs to have more comfortable seats. The hotel lacks a good inside sitting area for those who would just like a drink in the evening. A shame the indoor pool incurs a charge. Overall excellent value for money.

After reading some of the reviews about food I was slightly concerned but worry not , i have a young adult daughter who is autistic and there was plenty on offer for her.,we have been back almost a month and was a fabulous holiday great hotel, lovely friendly staff. 15 mins walk to portaventura and same down to beach. Entertainment on a night was varied but still good Would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel again.

Me, my partner and 2 children have just come back from this holiday after reading mixed reviews I was unsure what to expect but it was brilliant, apart from having to get up early to put towels on beds as it was so busy would definitely return but would go all inclusive it is really good

Check in was fine, we had a newly refurbished room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, bedding changed twice while we were there. There is a problem with the walk-in shower flooding, we just put extra towels down and adjusted the shower spray. We never had any problems getting a table in the restaurant, mostly not having to queue for any food, there was a good choice of food, show cooking, and to my granddaughters delight Yorkshire puddings, lovely fish and salads, plenty of different pasta's some cooked for you, drinks were on tap to help yourself, great puddings and biscuits, sweets and ice cream. The outside bar was excellent, friendly staff, they are a credit to the hotel, especially the lady in the inside bar. The drinks were of good quality. It was nice to see both bars were open day and evening, the snack bar according to my grandchildren was great for their snacks (this part is only open when the restaurant is closed). While we were there, there was a Mediterranean children's Sport Tournament on from 18 country's (they were staying is different hotels across Salou etc). This was not a problem tables were set up in far end of dining room, they were all well behaved and polite, and a lot of the time not in the hotel. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would return to this hotel. I cannot understand some of the negative reviews, this is a family hotel, so at times it will be busy, we did not have a problem getting sun-beds, and you didn't need to get up at the crack of dawn to get one.
