unable to fault, staff very helpful, piano player in restaurant every morning very relaxing and sets you up for the day

We had a great welcome and a lovely room. Great choice of food at breakfast and we loved the pianist. The outdoor pool was chilly in February but refreshing! Take a swimming hat for the free spa if you have one or buy one from reception. Nice to be able to go up to the roof . Handy for Puerto Nova station. Not far to the centre and the ferry to the island. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable with great amenities. Friendly staff, not expensive and a nice location not to far from the centre of town.

A spacious room with balcony overlookiing town. Good buffet breakfasts and good pool area. We only had one dinner at the hotel which was fine but not really able to give a full review after one sitting. We preferred the town venues for dinner.

Our second visit to this hotel and won’t be the last . Beautiful room looking over the pool . Breakfast lovely and good at the book bar great . Brilliant staff can’t wait to return .

On previous visits to this hotel we had a lovely relaxing holiday, with a nice breakfast and evening buffet. This time the hotel was filled with groups of very noisy golfers(of both sexes). They had done away with the evening buffet and we had to go to the restaurant bar to be served a very limited choice menu(in fact we had to eat out a few times as the choice of one meat dish and one fish dish was not to our liking). The restaurant/ bar was busy in the evening with loud golfers, some of whom did get the worse for wear,so this did not make for a very nice quiet evening meal. The breakfast in the morning was lovely if you could find a clean table and clean dishes, as i,m sure the staff were overwhelmed and couldn,t seem to cope. Overall it was a bit disappointing as we had brought friends with us, who were less than impressed, but it was maybe the time of year and other people might have enjoyed it, but I,m afraid we won,t chance it again although Tavira is a very lovely town to visit.

Lovely rooms. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area and poolside bar. Very very good selection for breakfast. Roof top bar area with good view of Tavira. Easy to get into Tavira but bit of a steep climb.

First class hotel. Very welcoming staff, who provided complimentary drink at registration. Breakfasts to die for. Could not have wished for anything else. Convenient location, although hill to ascend when returning from centre to hotel. Will certainly return in future.

We were greeted with a welcome drink and resided in the newly refurbished luxury suite. It was large and comfortable with remote-controlled air conditioning, twin hand basins, walk-in shower and bath AND outside jacuzzi but there were some minor niggles. For instance, the pendant bedside lamps were dangerously close to the head. The glass room dividers needed careful negotiating and we could have done with more than ONE drawer. We did not care for the poolside music, playing Ed Sheeran incessantly loudly. Loved the live pianist accompaniment to breakfast. Really helpful, friendly staff, a panoramic view of Tavira and good choice of food off-set these niggles. Hotel on a hill but a good location for all of Tavira's delights.

Superb Hotel situated close to the centre of town at the top of a steep hill Takes 5 minutes to go down and 15 or longer to come up. Not worth taking a taxi or car if you have one. Nice centre and a visit to the island by water taxi is a must - it has a lovely, massive beach and plenty of restaurants.. Hotel Staff were always helpful and pleasant. Car parking is limited at the hotel but there is a fair amount available on street. the underground car parking suited us best although there was a charge for its use. Breakfast was always good and for dinner we opted to eat out - not a problem. we opted for the Celtic Bar on the river front - good food, choice and service. If hiring a car we would recommend broker Zest and Masterkings the supplier. Car delivered to the door and returned at the hotel. If we returned to the area we would certainly choose this hotel for our stay.

Although positioned at the top of a steep hill the hotel is really central and restaurants and shops can be reached within a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself is lovely although rooms would benefit from some drawer space. Air con is great and controlled from your room. Breakfast great with a huge choice. Evening meals are good but lack variety

This Hotel is in a perfect position for staying in Tavira.It’s in walking distance to everything. It has a lovely pool area. The breakfast is good,with lots of choices. The hotel staff are very nice and very helpful. The rooms are a good size and are exceptionally clean.

We spent 10 nights here and would return again. No things weren't perfect but they weren't far off. I feel our room let things down a little. It was very basic with not much room for our clothes and nowhere to comfortably dry your hair and put make up on. The hotel itself was great and staff helpful and friendly. It was close.to Tavira centre.
