Your package
This package offers guests 3 options of durations and rounds. These are outlined below:
- 3 nights with 2 rounds of Golf.
- 5 nights with 3 rounds of Golf.
- 7 nights with 4 rounds of Golf.
All rounds of golf will be at the San Lorenzo Course which is located off site, with complimentary shuttle included. Your rounds of golf will be booked across the duration of your holiday. No two rounds will be on the same day.
How to book
Bookings have to be a 3, 5 or 7 night stay in order to qualify for the golf packages available at Dona Filipa Hotel.
Tee-off times
Your tee-off times will be confirmed to you within seven working days of booking your holiday. These will be booked on your behalf based on the best availability at the time of booking. Tee-off times for golf holidays in winter (November – March) will be between 07:00 and 13:30. In summer (April – October), tee-off times will be between 07:15 and 14:30.)

Within the Quinta do Lago estate and neighbouring the Ria Formosa Estuary and its surrounding salt lagoons, this grassland golf course is a real looker. Its standout design feature is its figure-of-eight layout, which navigates a gentle set of first four holes that loop all the way round to a tricky yet rewarding final 18th.

Useful Information

Customers are unable to request any specific tee-off times. These will be arranged based upon the best availability at the time of booking.

Tee-off times are based on playing in four-balls. If you are not in a group of 4, you may be paired up with other golfers on the day.

You should expect a playing time of 4 to 4.5 hours as a reasonable pace of play, however this can be slower in busy periods.

There is a handicap limit of 28 (men) and 36 (ladies). You may be asked to provide proof of your handicap.

Correct golf attire and soft spiked shoes are required.

Golf buggies are not included and can be requested directly with the hotelier and reserved locally.

Golf club carriage on our aircraft & club hire in resort is not included. Club hire can be requested directly with the hotelier and reserved locally, subject to availability.

Course maintenance may occur from time to time at short notice which may result in partial course closures. If there is more than one course included within the package, this may result in all rounds being played on one course.

Transfers to the golf course are included. For bookings of up to 6 passengers, this is subject to a timetable and will be booked upon check in. For bookings of over 6 passengers, the shuttle to the golf course will be booked and confirmed alongside tee-off times.

- An infant is a child under 24 months and must be under 24 months on the return date of travel.
- Discount will automatically be applied at the time of booking.

- If dates are changed by the customer after the promotional period, or changes are made to the flight/holiday dates outside the promotional period, or the infant turns 2 prior to the return date of travel, the discount will no longer apply.

Free Child Places are subject to availability and are only applicable on selected accommodation / departure dates / departure points / room types and board basis. Free Child Places may be added or withdrawn at any time prior to booking and the latest availability will be shown prior to booking.
The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
