The tour itinerary
Your tour begins in Bergen. After a scenic drive, you’ll board the famous Flåm Railway for one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world. The train will take you to Mydral, through stunning mountain scenery and past the majestic Kjosfossen Waterfall. Then, you’ll have some free time back in Flåm to buy lunch before you hop on a boat to Gudvangen and cruise along the Aurlandsfjord and UNESCO-stamped Nærøyfjord. The electric boat means minimal noise, giving a real sense of peace and tranquillity. Look forward to plunging waterfalls, mighty rock formations and free-flowing rivers!
What you need to know
This is an all-day tour which lasts approximately 12 hours. It starts from Bergen approx. 06.30am and you'll be told your pick-up details and hotel breakfast arrangements on the day of the tour, during your arrival transfer. Coach, boat and train travel are all included within the trip. A comfort stop will be taken on the way up to Flåm at Voss, and light meals, snacks, hot and cold beverages will be available to buy on the cruise after or before lunch. The tour is accessible with customers only having to take a few steps to enter the bus. The boat and train are all wheelchair accessible.
Choosing your date
This tour is included as part of your city break package, but as you make your booking, you’ll need to choose which date you’d like to take the tour, before you continue to book. You can do this later via Manage My Booking, but it’s best to do it when you book for better availability.

Free Child Places are subject to availability and are only applicable on selected accommodation / departure dates / departure points / room types and board basis. Free Child Places may be added or withdrawn at any time prior to booking and the latest availability will be shown prior to booking.
The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
