Saradari Apartments

Booked only a few weeks beforehand and at a great price, we weren't disappointed. In fact, it was just as we expected and certainly what we needed. A friendly, family run group of apartments based just on the outskirts of the town but close to the sea. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach front with a few little quiet coves to choose from. And only a 15/20 minute walk to the town, but there's plenty of taxi's if you don't want to walk. The bar staff will organize one for you if you need to go into town and there are plenty around the streets on your return. We personally like to walk but did use once when we decided to pick up some shopping. There are some bigger supermarkets in town but there's also an Aldi close by too if you choose to maybe do a weekly shop while you are there. Especially for families who are on a budget. The apartments aren't huge but big enough for 2/3 with adequate facilities if you choose to cook for yourself. I suggest you take your own washing liquid, cloths and dish cleaning tools though. The apartments are cleaned every day with new towels and sheets 2/3 times per week. The family are always available if you have any issues and are more than happy to help with any problems. (And with a smile too). Nothing was too much trouble. They do have a weekly BBQ which is a great way to meet the other guests and the food was spot on. Would we go back? Mostly definitely! We had a lovely time, perfect setting, great apartments and just what we needed for a peaceful, relaxing and calming break away from our busy and hectic lives at home. So thank you for a lovely time!

Fantastic hotel, perhaps the best I have stayed at. The hospitality by Stavros and family was exceptional. Will definitely return.

We will def be revisiting these apartments. Spotlessly clean and comfy with free air conditioning. The apartments are basic but with everything you need for the time you spend there. The pool area looks small but we never had any problem getting a sunbed and umbrella - lots of guests go to the small beaches nearby.duringvthe day. Stavros and Elli run the complex, are perfect hosts and are always on hand to answer any questions, book taxis & reserve tables at restaurants in the surrounding beautiful villages.- Koutouloufari & Piskopiane def worth a visit for traditional restaurants and beautiful churches. Stallis is only a 10min taxi ride away and also def worth a visit for beach, food and shopping. The bar was a great meeting point for guests before heading out then for a night cap before bed. The bbq night was also a great night. Highly recommend these apartments.

First time at the Saradari apts...and it wont be are last....everything was ok...great staff...STAV/ELLIE/plus family a little far from the main resort...if your not able to walk far....but only around 7euro taxi fare very clean.....great bbq night....nice apts...we enjoyed are stay. Clean , basic apartments . Staff were excellent and nothing was a bother . Very small shop at bottom of road selling your minimal requirements. Bit expensive but excellent supermarket on main road in hersonissis

The Saradari Apartments were very clean, had basic facilities and were rather small especially for families.There was a double and single bed in the bedroom and another bed in the Kitchen. Although the bedroom had an Air Conditioning Unit it took a long time before the room cooled down. The Kitchen and very small Bathroom were always really hot as the Air Con didn't seem to be big enough to cope with them. There wasn't enough plates, bowls or utensils for a family to use and cooking facilities were minimal too. There isn't a reception area/desk to check in and basic eating facilities are available on site. The pool area and furniture looked a bit tired and need updating. The family managing the Apartments are really pleasant and are always eager to assist where they can. The beach isn't far away, but walking to the local town is some distance away, the road quite steep and mostly without a pavement.

Lovely little apartments within reach of everything you need.beach.town.night life or peace and quiet. Stavros and family are so accommodating.had a lovely BBQ one night at very reasonable price .snacks are available around the pool at a reasonable price and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic holiday at the Saradari Apartments, accommodation was immaculate and cleaned every second day. The staff could not do enough for you and made everybody very welcome. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Saradari Aparments, the rooms are basis, always clean & towels & bedding changed regularly. Showers could be cool depending on time of day. Nice balcony some with sea views if you are lucky to get theses aparments, we didn't but still nice to relax for evening drink in the cool. Pool really clean & always sun loungers available, staff friendly, Stavros put on a great BBQ night we all had a great time with his family showing us Greek dances. Beaches great, the best Saradari with loungers & sunshade 7e per day, beach beautiful & clean the sea clear & easy to swim in, snack bar & loos great for a day chilling out. Visit Mythos resuartand in town a must, you will visit again. Ya restaurant amust & supermarket next door sells all local Greek foods really yummy. This area wil not disappoint, we loved it & will return at some point words that spring to mind, relaxing, great weather, friendly people, just wonderful.

the accommodation didn't warrant the 4 stars, The cooking facilitys were basic, the amount of cats were a problem, the location was very good and Staveros was always very helpful, I went there as the season was closing so there went many other guests, I can imagine it would be buzzing during the summer period, if you want a cheap friendly holiday then you would have to go far to beat the Saradari
