Please note:
- Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm. Late check-out details will be included in your travel documentation, which will be sent prior to departure.
- Towels, bed linen (excluding cot linen), and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
- Please be aware that restrictions apply to swimwear in the pool areas. Tight-fitting swimming briefs or trunks are required.
- Customers are required to wear security bracelets whilst on site.
- A valid credit or debit card is required on arrival, or alternatively, a refundable cash deposit of €70 per mobile home. This deposit will be charged if the check-out tasks are not completed.
- This is a pet friendly park.
Please also be aware...
- Part of the journey from the airport to the Holiday Park will require a ferry across Gironde Estuary. This is not included in the holiday package and will need to be organised by yourself.
- The car ferry departs from Royan to Le Verdon and takes approximately 30 minutes and is operated by Ferrygogo. It is possible to pre buy tickets but this does not guarantee you a place on a specific crossing so we recommend you to be at the port at least 45-60 minutes before the departure of the ferry.
- During busy summer periods, as this is a public ferry service, you may experience wait times at the port and may need to wait for the next scheduled departure on both arrival and departure. Departure times vary according to the time of year so we suggest checking their website https://ferrygogo.co.uk/france/royan-le-verdon/.
- If the ferry crossing isn’t suitable or you are unable to get the ferry, you can still reach the park by driving around the estuary instead. Please note this is a longer route, taking approximately 3 hours from Royan ferry port or 3 hours 10 minutes from La Rochelle Airport.

- An infant is a child under 24 months and must be under 24 months on the return date of travel.

Free Child Places are subject to availability and are only applicable on selected accommodation / departure dates / departure points / room types and board basis. Free Child Places may be added or withdrawn at any time prior to booking and the latest availability will be shown prior to booking.
The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
