This accommodation is extremely spotless inside and out, saw them cleaning the pool every day as well as mopping the floors outside the apartments. Food is great, always something for everyone and the snack bar is well stocked too. About a 10 mins walk downhill to the beach and centre, uphill a bit more of a challenge! Drinks were disappointing, tried all sorts and struggled to find something to drink all the time, really need to sort the mixers out. Entertainment also disappointing, very basic and not always what’s advertised. Overall a great holiday and a great base for exploring the island.

Super friendly and efficient staff. Good selection of food at each meal. Good quality of drinks in the ALL INCLUSIVE package. Everywhere was clean and safe. Second rate and amateurish evening entertainment. Not enough sunbeds around the two pools. 20 minute downhill walk to the beach, restaurants and main nightlife. steep uphill walk back. The holiday was value for money and I'm glad we went, BUT we won't be returning to this hotel any time soon. Very Happy with JET2 holidays and will be using them again (5 Star)

Very clean hotel. Food was varied but soups not good. Bars only open until 11 p.m. and unable to pay or buy after this time even as all inclusive guests which was a little poor. Wi fi OK but unable to use for a number of days but refund given. Close to beaches and many bars. Staff extremely good and attentive. Would definitely recommend and would return. Thoroughly good holiday.

Pleasant hotel friendly and helpful staff Pool area flooring lets it down and also more attention needed to dress code at evening meal I.e. No swimwear etc Would not like to come in summer as no air conditioning

this hotel was great place was clean staff so friendly plenty of food to suit everyone and the entertainment staff r great at their job, entertainment shows at night was brilliant have not laughed so much in years

Travelled has a family of 10, on the 5th August. we arrived 9.00pm and reception staff checked us in while we went to restaurant for food, also my mum was struggling to walk and hotel reception found a walking stick for her to use all week free of charge. Found all staff very friendly, food plenty of choice for adults and children, drinks very good not watered down like a lot of people saying, I am a gin drinker and some drinks were to strong to drink. Rooms very spacious and clean, you do have to queue for sun lounger by the pool from 8.00 even though the gate doesn't open till 9.00 sun loungers go very quick. Night entertainment is a bit hit and miss. Hotel is on a slight hill but taxis very cheap if you need yo get one back to hotel. If you go to Aqua land please note salt water used in all pools not fresh water, would definitely return to this hotel, we throughly enjoyed it as a family. Please don't listen to the negative comments.

I was disappointed as I paid for a study for solo use a d given a standard Apartment when I mentioned this I was told they knew nothing about these standard Apartments are quite poor so would but careful.Everything else was fine

stayed here for 10 days with my hubby we both enjoyed our time at this hotel. its spread over 4 blocks our appt was in block 3 up 3 flights of stairs which we had to carry our cases up as no lift and overlooked kiddys pool. the app is a bit dated but it suited our purposes as only sleep in them beds were comfy and had a ceiling fan. There are a lot of steps every were there are 4 lots down to snack bar which is next to 3 rd pool. All the activity is centered around 2 nd pool The gates open at 9 am were people queue wait to put towels on the beds then leave infact i have seen them get there kids to climb over the wall before gate opens. The restaurant is busy but was always able to find a table meals are what you expect on a i not much choice for vegetarians pasta rice chips and bread. Entertainment is good and the bar staff all very friendly Wi fi is free at reception area but you can pay 12 euros for 7 days and use it any were round hotel THere are a few pubs just outside the hotel and a short walk takes you down to all the restaurant and pubs on beach front . Only one fault with this hotel is all the steps and hotel up a slight hill so not good for people with poor mobiltyI would return to this hotel again

Plenty of food choices, all inclusive drinks until 11pm. Only issue was that my niece (2years old) could not join in the mini club activities during the day as the age restrictions were 4 years. Superior apartment was lovely lots of space, separate bedroom, bathroom or shower room, kitchen/cooking facilities, rooms at front of hotel were quite noisy (vehicles passing as well as kids running up and down fire escape stairs and along corridors)

Apartment was fantastic - clean, tidy and modern, did have sight of the see from the balcony Staff were friendly and very helpful, the facilities were great, Would be great for either families or adults on their own. Meals were okay (could have done with a few more vegetable selection and a little less salt in the cooking - personal preference)

We stayed here in April 2016. We had a one bedroom apartment for 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. It was very spacious and was cleaned every day apart from Thursday. The hotel was lovely and clean. The swimming pools were clean with plenty of sun loungers. The hotel is within walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. It also has a supermarket next door to the hotel with another across the road and more down the road. We would stay here again.
