Club Hotel Drago Park & Oasis Wildlife

This hotel was very clean, our room was cleaned daily and always fresh towels, all the staff were very friendly and greeted you with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good with lots of choices, the only down side for us was the nightly entertainment, it was none existent for adults really as soon as the kiddie disco finished the entertainer’s didn’t really commit to what they had put on notice board like a bingo or quiz. The location is a little out of town, so we hired a car which made everything more accessible. If the entertainment was sorted we would return.

Just arrived home from a 7 night stay at Drago Park Hotel, and i have to say it was nothing short of excellent.On arrival i was met with a warm friendly smile, easy quick check in from the receptionistRoom was big and furnishings modern and fresh. Where can i start with the staff? Every member of staff i talked to were very friendly. The housekeeping staff work hard and keep all the hotel exceptionally clean as they also do with your room which was cleaned on a daily basis, they would always have a smile and Buenos días for you :)Entertainment team offer you to join activities but not pushy. Bar staff worked hard and were also very friendly. Free Wifi, good coverage. Plenty of chill out areas, tastefully furnished and also plenty of areas to socialice. Now for the food!! I cant understand any one not enjoying the food at this hotel,and this comes from a fussy eater!! From breakfast, Lunch, afternoon tea and evening meal there was a HUGE choice of food, something for everyone from fruits,salads, meats,cheeses, fish, pasta,pancakes,deserts, breads, cakes, chips,hot dogs, burgers etc. When you see a chef putting food on a plate for their own dinner you know the food is of a good standard! From a drinks perspective you have all the usual spirits that are served to you from behind the bar, However, there are also "stations" that you just help yourself to as and when you want. This included, various fizzy drinks, various wines, beer, tea/coffee, diluted drinks, ice cream, all self service. The pool area is large and open, with music and activities, plenty of sunbeds, gardens well kept. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, however its only an easy ten minute walk and its nice to stretch your legs in the sunshine. Finally check out was quick, friendly and efficient.Would i recommend the hotel to family and friends?Yes. Would i return? Just what we needed! A nice relaxing family holiday. The weather wasAmazing for October the sun was shining everyday.The accommodation was extremely clean, pool area cleaned ever morning. Rooms very spacious and clean. Our only niggle was the air con didn’t work. And there were lots of steps so had to carry our pramup and down them.I feel the accommodation could just do with alittle TLC! Food was ok, not for the fussy eaters. Wide variety but not always hot. The entertainers were brilliant with the kids from ages 4 upwards.The resort is nice on the quiet side, lovely beach about half an hour walk away, where the supermarkets is also.
