Ibersol Siurell

The hotel had so many plus points, great location, nice food, friendly staff, great pool with sunbeds always available which was a big plus. The re-furb and 'artist impression' photos were misleading. So many areas of the hotel were tired in the walkways and bedrooms and need attention. The air conditioning system was old and not efficient and it was impossible to use the gym as it was hotter than outside despite requesting the air conditioning be switched on. The pool music for the first week was terrible! The same songs played over and over and over again all day, it sent you insane! All inclusive drinks were poor however the bar staff were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed but it's not a hotel we would return to unfortunately.

Nice small hotel but very limited choice of food. Bar shut at 11 which is a little early when on holiday. Very little entertainment. On the upside always plenty of sunbeds. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel good .pool great although didn't get in as it was very cold no problem getting a sun lounger. room good with lots of space . The most important complaint was the food ...there was very little choice it was luke warm and nothing was labelled ..there was a menu on the restaurant door .disappointed as we were all inclusive The staff were very efficient and lovely and friendly. The manager never once said hello to anyone,

We really enjoyed our week at this hotel although there was not much in the way of entertainment the month we went and the food is a bit repetitious but you won’t starve and the staff are really friendly and the place is very clean. Also the Location is really good not far from the beach and access to many eating places and cafes we will go back. We felt we got what we paid for it’s wasn't de luxe by any means but we enjoyed it and the weather was brill

Pool area was very good plenty of sunbeds, very disapointed with the food not much choice and the food was just warm very poor,if i came again i would just book breakfast,loved sa coma my first visit but holiday cut short due to death in the family.would go to sa coma again.

Hotel is only 100m from the stunning sandy beach. Perfect location! The staff at the holiday were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for value for money accomodation close to the beach.

Can't fault this hotel from the minute we got there reception staff bar staff cleaners all do excellent job would definitely go back to this hotel only thing was I think they should advertise the menu through the day as I don't think people realised you could get meals and drinks through the day they make excellent mojitos through the day there's always plenty of sun beds at any time of the day we stayed 24 July to 7 Aug lovely place and we had a fab holiday 😄

Excellent clean apartments, professional staff. Although high season, the pool was never busy and loungers always freely available. Hotel in excellent central location, only short walk to beach and shops/restaurants.

Clean staff helpful good location it is what you would expect of a 3 star hotel good value for money. Aircon not the best I've seen but just about worked. Good breakfast reasonable selection Staff friendly.
