Inturotel Esmeralda Park

Great location near plenty of bars and restaurants but still relaxed atmosphere. Pool area was very clean and plenty of sunbeds with a nice pool bar serving food and drinks. Room was clean but good do with a refurb in bathroom and bedroom as starting to show signs of wear. Cala D’Or is a 20 minute walk into the main strip packed with bars restaurants and clubs for a lively night out. Use of adjacent Inturotel facilities was a great feature giving 5 pools to chose from and a small private beach.

We were in a Select room self catering apartment in K block on top floor, it did have a lift. The apartment was good and was cleaned every day. The block was quiet and comfortable. Close to amenities, local restaurants, supermarkets and local transport, ten minute walk to centre of Cala D’or. Resort very good for families.

A lovely hotel with a beautiful view out to sea. Accommodation was very clean with maid service every day, lovely pools for the children, also 2 adult only pools , pool bar/restaurant fairly priced. Half board option was very convenient with the restaurant only 2 minutes walk, very good variety and quality of food. Kids loved the mini golf pizza restaurant. Shop onsite has a good variety of merchandise, even had lactose free milk which I thought I wouldn’t be able to get! We will definitely be back to this apart hotel.

Destination was great, everything you need at hand. The lady that checked us in was so funny and made us feel welcome. even had a little treat of them for my Birthday. Spacious, clean all over the hotel. with a nice home feel! Room attendance staff was very helpful and friendly!

Everything you could possibly need, many pools, beach, shop, indoor pool, gym all on site!! Hotel rooms were immaculate, lovely and helpful staff. Would recommend and come back!! Didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful holiday,in a fabulous hotel,staff were helpful,happy and worked very hard,can't fault anything, everything was spotless.Plenty sunbeds, no need to rush with a towel, Will definitely come back ...

This hotel could not do enough for you, super clean environment with your bed being made and changed every other day. We went half board and the food was amazing although you did have to pay for drinks but they were reasonably priced. Food at the snack bar was tasty and well presented. The staff take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly and that you have a great time. We will definitely be coming here again!

This is a wonderful hotel, with extremely friendly staff and a lovlely swimming pool. The rooms were spaciaous and very comfortable. The bar was good and the food was lovely. The rooms were cleaned regularly and to a very high standard. We would return to theis hotel in the future.

Stayed in gardens which was a walk away from main 2 hotels and was really like self catering apartments rather than a hotel (tiny reception and limited staff) - pool great, rooms clean and all staff friendly. Really a 3 star although neighboring hotels more like 4/5 star. If half board food fantastic and restaurant staff so accommodating (we are used to high quality food and this ticked the boxes) all in all a lovely holiday let down slightly by average rooms and accomodation.
