Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa

My family and I have just returned from a lovely 7 night holiday, and this is genuinely a 5 star hotel. The quality of the fixtures is top class throughout, and the friendliness and service offered by the staff is excellent. Great job thank you all and hope to stay again in the future 😊

Beautiful hotel very expensive though. Location at end of beach long walk to town and back Suit older couples who want to lay round pool all day. Had to hire a car for four days as was going stir crazy. Beds very hard.

Super friendly staff fab rooms. Pool area good but while we were there sun loungers were mostly reserved before breakfast. Good selection for all tastes breakfast and evening meal. Room service excellent relaxed atmosphere quiet area.

This was our first holiday with our baby boy and was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was gorgeous and definitely deserving of its 5* rating. The food on offer was delicious with plenty of choice and something to suit every taste. The staff were incredible and definitely made the holiday what it was. From our arrival they could not do enough to help and always with a smile. We could not believe how welcoming they were of our little boy, the staff went out of their way to say hello to Jack and to entertain him. Special mention must go to Marisa, Ewa, Enrique along with the staff in the pool bar who are a credit to the hotel and who Jack loved.

A lovely, classy, relaxing and top quality hotel. Spotlessly clean with genuinely friendly and always helpful staff, this hotel has a quiet and elegant feel and ambiance about it. The rooms are spacious with impressively large, quality bathrooms, and have views of the pool or river and sea beyond. Breakfasts outside by the pool are relaxing albeit occasionally difficult, the problem being deciding what to have from such a huge range and choice of options - all of which are excellent. In short, a great hotel perfectly positioned on the edge of the lovely resort of Santa Eulalia.

The hotel is very nice. Comfortable, quiet and clean. We only stayed b&b and can honestly say that the food at breakfast was not all that wonderful, the fruit was very good but that was about it - the breads were heavy & dry, the cooked food was often cold. We didn't eat at the hotel any other time but can say that the price paid was not reflected in the hotel. The pool area was disappointing as the beds were arranged in a very strange fashion, not enough space between beds - the drinks in the bar were very expensive. We enjoyed our stay but will not return unless price is reduced dramatically.
