Azuline Pacific Hotel

I stayed here for 7 nights with my friend for a clubbing holiday, the hotel was immaculate and the food was at a good standard for a 3 star accommodation. The drinks available at the bar was cheap, around €3 for a beer or soft drink. Great location to access ocean beach and mambos but away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed in the newly renovated room with a pool view, we had clean towels daily and the air conditioning was a saviour. Towards the end of the holiday it did become busy and slightly rowdy, but we are in Ibiza after all. So I wouldn’t expect any less. The bus station was a 2 minute walk, which we found handy to catch the disco bus up to Ushuaïa. It cost €4 each way, far more affordable than a €30 taxi one way. I will definitely be returning to this hotel next year as the location is perfect for us.

I do not normally leave bad reviews as I know it can really damage a business however this is by far the worst hotel and I really wish I had read reviews before I booked. The walls are so paper thin so even the quietest conversations can be heard, I was in a group of 7 and on the first night we were shouted at by the receptjonist antonio he said we were too rowdy even though we were talking at normal level our group are between the age of 21 and 22 and we feel as though we were targeted. After this first initial telling off we all decided to be even quieter we didn't enjoy our holiday with the fear we would be told off again. Low and behold 2 days later the same man Antonio told us off for having too many people in the lift even though we pointed out it is a 6 person lift and there were 6 of us inside it he looked at the larger one in the group and said no 6 normal people so again we thought we didn't want to aggravate the situation and a few of us got out of the lift, nothing was said to the 2 Spanish people who also tried to enter the lift too. Antonio followed us up the stairs and again he shouted at us he got in my face and asked me if I was going to cry because j was being silent listening to him he said we should not come back to Spain because we had no respect. The hotel assistant manager the next morning awoke us by banging on our door and barging in shouting at us even though we had just woken up Nd told us to sign a warning letter which said if we did anything else they would kick us out and we would receive no compensation. Because of all this we called our rep who came and quickly realised we were being discriminated against because of our age and the fact we are British, we weren't this rowdy bunch with no respect we just wanted to have a good time and the way the hotel spoke to us was out of order. Please read this review before booking and please take note of it, if you are 18 - 30 do not book this hotel because you will be constantly on edge worrying if they are going to kick you out for nothing at all and fill your room the very same day.

The hotel next door had music blaring all day until 10pm so if you want a quiet place to stay in during the day this is not the place. Apart from that the Pacific is a nice hotel and the reception staff especially are very nice and helpful.
