Nicholas Color Hotel

Had a fantastic holiday in this hotel. They had something for everyone & you can walk from the poolside of the hotel to all the main strip yet close your hotel door & you don't hear anything. So much choice of food on every meal & tastes amazing. There is a little soft play area outdoors, pool table, table tennis, comfy seating & a lot of sun loungers. Manager George is the nicest of gents & the receptionists are lovely too. Room cleaned every 2 days unless specified not too. Hotel is beautifully decorated & lighted & very clean & tidy. Rooms clean & comfortable with phone, TV, fridge & all have a balcony with table & chairs too. Definitely will be returning

I don’t know where to start on this place. To be fare the hygiene of the place is good but that’s your lot. Staff are shocking and rude all apart from George without him I have no issues in saying this ship would sink. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the sites they are many years old. Food rubbish not even basic. As for saying a all inclusive holiday , might as well gone self catering as the limitations are unreal. We had to be moved in the end due to the hotel excepting a booking for 250 Swedish students who flashed at older guests, stop and run round naked, swearing smoking weed fighting it didn’t end. Any hotel that thought of its reputation would of advised tour operators this was happening. But jet 2 say they didn’t

Hotel and staff were lovely. Food was ok, not a huge choice but plenty of it, something for everyone. Not much entertainment but it was ok. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and no spare pillows. Over all our stay was pleasant.

Arrived early hours in the morning, the guy who checked us in didn't speak a word to us, I thought this was rude & ignorant, I found out at a later date that he had also checked us in wrong which resulted in one of the maids at the hotel approaching us at the pool side asking us if we can check out of our room !! this was a day earlier than we was supposed to be checking out, this was resolved by the manager & they was very apologetic. The hotel is really nice & modern, it was spotless, the rooms where big enough but for me it is some of the staff that are letting this hotel down. I have stayed at many hotels & have interacted with the staff however at this hotel some of the staff just don't seem interested in even wanting to get into any kind of conversation at all, I definitely agree with some of the other reviews on here regarding some staff. Ordering drinks at the pool bar was the worst the lady who was on most days hardly cracked a smile, personally this made me feel a little awkward. The hotel was very quiet, the entertainment in the day & night time was non existent even though the hotel advertises a full day of activities, I am so glad we was not staying at this hotel with children. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep at night I would recommend this hotel, I would not recommend the All Inclusive either as there are plenty of places to eat out at night & the food was not that good.

This hotel is very beautiful and very nice for families to stay, but I was very disappointed with the all inclusive as I did not feel like it was very much so “all inclusive”. Reasons on why I was not impressed, the drinks were given in party sized cups (beer, cocktails, shorts, spirits) which I found very cheap of the hotel as when a customer who bought a drink there and then was given in a normal glass/resonable sized cup. Also the snacks which had 2 times in the day which was 11am-12pm and 4pm-5pm which I think is ridiculous as when paying for all inclusive this should be anytime during the day. With the food (snacks) within the all inclusive the presentation of the food and the quality of the food when getting from all inclusive was discusting and not fair. If you bought the exact same what you could order in the all inclusive e.g- cheese burger and chips. The presentation would come out with salad and looks appetising but when ordered from all inclusive it would come out thrown on a plate with no salad a burger (which looked and tasted like a vegetarian burger) was a tiny size and there is just no effort with the food or presentation when ordered from all inclusive!! Me and my partner payed £1400!!! And did not get our moneys worth. We felt like because we had payed in advance we did not get the treatment expected when all inclusive. Also as it’s a hot country you’d expect some type of ice lolly’s or push up ice lolly’s BUT all on offer is a small tiny kid sized tub of icecream, there is a lock on the fridge freezer full of ice creams and ice lolly’s (€2.50 EACH!!) I think that for families who have children it is a very basic all inclusive and is not 24 hours a day and is very limited and I have stayed in many all inclusive and have never seen an all inclusive treatment so poor, you got judged for booking in advance than if you payed there and then you got the treatment of a king!! STAFF NEED RE TRAINING. No “hello how can I help” staff just plain blank look at you especially the women who is on during the day no customer service AT ALL!!!! But I will praise the night time staff as very very polite and good conversation. The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay but very annoyed at this all inclusive part as a lot of British customers would also be disappointed as it is poor.
